A CLEAR PLAN FOR PRESENTATION
Property Makeover Bow
Clean the room between clearing belongings and putting furniture back. We dust exposed detail, wipe hard surfaces and clean floors, with empty storage and retained textiles available to add.
Exposed ledges and surfaces receive attention
Empty storage can be cleaned before refilling
Floor and textile care sequenced before furniture returns

Clean while the room is clear
A cleared room provides access to surfaces previously hidden by belongings. We dust detail, wipe hard surfaces and clean flooring. Tell us what remains so the work fits the room before it is furnished again.
Attend to detail around the edges
We clean the included shelves, ledges and smaller hard surfaces before finishing the available floor. Removing belongings can expose dusty edges outside the usual walking area, so those details need their own attention. Dusting and wiping follow the material and finish present. Retained furniture still limits access to concealed sections, with larger movement agreed separately. The room refresh addresses the surfaces made available rather than treating an empty central space as a clean of every surrounding edge.

Clean empty storage
Cupboard interiors can be dusted or wiped before belongings return. Fronts and shelving can join too. Leave storage empty for access and name the areas when booking so they receive attention during the visit.

Treat flooring before the new layout
We clean hard flooring and can include specialist textile care. Carpet cleaning addresses fitted areas, while rug cleaning covers movable items. Allow for their aftercare before furniture is placed back.
HOW THE SERVICE WORKS
From booking to the completed clean
Choose the cleaning priorities
Select the rooms and items needing a refresh before the property’s next use. Schedule final cleaning around any separately arranged dusty work.
Refresh rooms and furnishings
Clean the surfaces and floors included, with named appliances or textiles receiving individual care. The sequence follows the actual property layout.
Prepare for the next stage
Review the tasks and allow item aftercare before furniture or ordinary activity returns. The result concerns cleaning of the existing property.
Refresh retained seating
A chair or sofa staying in the room can receive separate upholstery cleaning. Its covering and filling guide care. Tell us about marks and timing so seating can dry before ordinary use resumes.

Include neighbouring rooms if needed
We can clean kitchen counters, bathroom fixtures and floors in adjoining spaces. Property Makeover is a cleaning refresh; decorating and repairs are separate. Completed building work or a rental handover may call for another service purpose.
Arrange the Bow room refresh
Call 020 3404 5124 with the rooms, condition and furnishing plans. We agree detail, storage, additions and price before booking. See prices information and Bow cleaning services. Mention when furniture will return so the sequence can fit.
BEFORE YOU BOOK
Property Makeover in Bow: questions
Can a single cleared room be refreshed?
Yes. Describe its condition, remaining furniture and surfaces needing attention. The visit can concentrate on that space, with wider rooms added only where they also need cleaning.
Can ledges exposed by furniture movement be cleaned?
Name the detail needing attention. We dust or wipe hard surfaces according to their finish.
Should cupboards be empty?
Clear cupboard contents beforehand if interior cleaning is requested. Agree interiors separately from fronts so the shelves and inner surfaces are included and can be reached before refilling.
Can floor textiles join the refresh?
Yes. Name fitted carpet and movable rugs separately so each receives suitable treatment and aftercare.
Can retained seating be cleaned too?
Describe the pieces and coverings. Upholstery care can be added, with drying considered before the room is used again.
Will the service repaint the room?
No. Property Makeover describes cleaning here; decorating and repairs require separate work.
