1. What areas do you cover?

2. What kind of services do you provide?

We pride ourselves on providing commercial and residential cleaning services in the Greater London area. So far we have served many customers and provided professional cleaning solutions for any size of homes, offices, shops, pubs, restaurants and many more.

3. What are your working hours?

Our cleaning teams work seven days a week and are very flexible. On weekdays we start at 8 am with the latest appointments beginning between 5 and 6pm. Our weekend start time is 9 am and we work Saturdays and Sundays. Again, advance booking is recommended for you to get a time and date that suits you best.

4. Do you work Nights/ Weekends/ Holidays, etc?

Most of our cleaners do not mind working on Sundays or Holidays or - in an emergency - at night.

5. Do you  have a service with quality guarantee?

The service - End Of Tenancy Cleaning, we provide is a guaranteed professional service. If our cleaners missed something or there is anything that you are not happy with, you can always call our office within 72 hours of the job. Then the cleaning team will come back to do a free-of-charge re-cleaning of the missed spots.

6. Do I have to pay anything extra apart from your quoted price for the job?

Our quoted price includes all taxes and services. The only charges that might apply on top of the price are congestion (if your site address is in London congestion charge area) or parking fees. If you are able to provide a free parking space for the cleaners, you will not pay anything in addition.

7. Is your staff insured and vetted?

All of our cleaners are fully insured and properly trained.

8. Can I specify the day for the cleaning?

Yes, you can specify the day for cleaning or other service you reuire, and we will make every effort to meet your requirements. We try to be as flexible as possible. We ask that you give us 24 hours notice, so that we can adjust our schedules.

9. Do I have to be home when the cleaning staff comes?

It is not necessary for you to be home. We will make arrangements with you to get access to your property, be it a key or other security access. For your peace of mind, you are welcome to stay home during your clean. In all cases, we would like that you be at your site address at the time when the service you have booked finishes, in order to inspect and take your keys back.

10.Do you have a cancellation fee?

We apply a cancellation fee only if the service is cancelled less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled time or if the customer fails to provide accessto our team as previously arranged.

11. Do you provide cleaning / janitorial supplies?

For the services End of Tenancy Cleaning and professional Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning we do provide all materials free of charge. For the one-off Deep Cleaning service we do not provide the cleaning materials. However, if you would like the detergents and equipment to be included for this type of job, it would only cost you additional £13.
